Bookings are available for:
- Discovery Consultation Meetings – For new clients.
- In-Contract Meetings – For existing clients.
- Ad-Hoc Meetings – For individuals or organisations without a formal contractual relationship with the Consultant.
3. Fees and Payments
- Some consultation meetings attract a fee, which may be payable upfront before the meeting commences.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy.
- In cases where Stripe encounters processing issues, an invoice may be issued for payment via alternative means.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellations
- Clients may reschedule or cancel a meeting at least 3 hours in advance.
- If a meeting is rescheduled and the new time does not work for the client, a refund may be requested.
- For paid meetings, cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
- In the event the Consultant needs to cancel a meeting due to an emergency, the client will have the option to reschedule.
5. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
- Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show.
- No-shows for paid meetings will forfeit their fee.
- Meetings will still end at the scheduled time, regardless of a client’s late arrival. If the meeting then overruns, an additional fee may be incurred.
6. Overruns and Additional Charges
- If a meeting exceeds the allotted time by more than 15 minutes, an additional charge will apply.
- Extra time is charged in 15-minute increments.
- Additional charges will be invoiced post-meeting.
7. Liability & Service Limitations
- The Consultant is not responsible for failures in third-party IT systems, including internet outages or software issues on the client’s side.
- If the client’s internet connection fails, the meeting will be rescheduled rather than refunded.
- If the Consultant experiences technical issues or is unable to attend, the client will be offered a reschedule or a refund.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- All consultations are confidential. In some cases, clients may be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- Client data is handled in compliance with GDPR.
- If a meeting is to be recorded, client consent will be obtained beforehand.
9. Right to Refuse Services
- The Consultant reserves the right to refuse any booking at their discretion.
- The Consultant may cancel and refund a booking for any reason.
10. Pricing & Changes
- Fees are subject to change, but existing bookings will be honoured at the price at which they were booked.
